Objectives:

  1. To enhance participants’ awareness of the importance of integrating and applying knowledge and skills of science, technology and mathematics;
  2. To enhance schools’ understanding of the future directions of STEM education for the territory and the value of STEM education in enhancing the international competitiveness of Hong Kong;
  3. To collect views and suggestions from participants on promoting STEM Education; and
  4. To share some strategies for and school-based experience in strengthening students’ ability to integrate and apply knowledge and skills.
