Objective:
In the 2018/19 school year, four secondary schools are designated as Professional Development Schools (PDS) for promoting STEM education. Each PDS forms a network of several Partner Schools (PS) focusing on specific pedagogical themes related to STEM education to foster an interactive collaborative culture and to enhance the effectiveness of learning and teaching through various exchange activities.
The PDSs and PSs will share with participants (1) school-based experiences and strategies for planning and implementing STEM education and (2) some learning and teaching activities for strengthening students’ ability to integrate and apply knowledge and skills across different STEM disciplines.
