Objectives:

The workshops aim to support teachers in implementing STEAM / I&T-related learning and teaching activities in Science (S1-3) lessons, as well as to facilitate the promotion of STEAM / I&T education in secondary schools.

Through the workshops, participants’ knowledge and skills to effectively teach and assess the concepts of Regenerative Braking System (RBS) could be enriched. Through hands-on activities and expert guidance, participants will learn about the working principles of RBS and gain practical experience in constructing and utilising the teaching kit for model cars with RBS.

Description:
The workshops include the following content:

    1. Introduction of the “Science (S1-3) STEAM Learning Module – Innovation and Technology”; and
    2. Constructing the learning kit: the Model Cars with Regenerative Braking System (RBS) and the sharing of relevant pedagogies.
