Objectives:
The workshops aim to support teachers in implementing STEAM / I&T-related learning and teaching activities in Science (S1-3) lessons, as well as to facilitate the promotion of STEAM / I&T education in secondary schools.
Through the workshops, participants’ knowledge and skills to effectively teach and assess the concepts of Sun Trajectory and Solar Tracking could be enriched. Through hands-on activities and expert guidance, participants will learn about the working principles of Linear Electromagnetic Generator and gain practical experience in constructing and utilising the teaching kit for Linear Electromagnetic Generator.
Description:
The workshops include the following content:
1. Introduction of the “Science (S1-3) STEAM Learning Module – Innovation and Technology”; and
2. Constructing the learning kit: the Linear Electromagnetic Generator and the sharing of relevant pedagogies.
